With more than twenty years of experience, I offer broad knowledge in strategy and technology strategy consulting of Governmental Health clients, Providers (hospitals), and Payers (health insurances). I have worked for clients in more than ten countries in Europe. My personal work is focused on eHealth and digitalization, process efficiency (claims processes, clinical processes, support processes) and business governance and controlling.

During the last years I have contributed to three books, have published several studies and papers, and I am a frequent speaker on conferences.
