In the PAC RADAR, PAC estimates that current expenditure by German SAP customers on SAP C&SI services to be approximately EUR3.7 billion, corresponding to a quarter of the total C&SI market volume – underlining SAP’s significance in the German market. By 2019 PAC anticipates average growth of around 4% per year, saying it is a high growth rate for a mature IT market such as Germany and that it highlights the relevance of SAP C&SI for German companies of today and in the future.
