I started as a management consultant 17 years ago, working as a productivity specialist focusing on improving clients bottom-line results through productivity, performance management, leadership development and change management. Over the past years I have led a number of complex turnaround and business transformation programmes for large European corporations in various industries. I have developed deep industry experience in Consumer Markets by leading some of the largest and most strategic initiatives in the Nordic countries during the past years. Although I have had a long career within consulting, I have also served as the CEO of a company in the industry, providing me with a good perspective and experience from an industrial point of view.
My personal life
I live by the sea in Saltsjöbaden, outside Stockholm, with my wife and two daughters. I am passionate about sports and outdoor activities and I enjoy golf, skiing and boating on weekends. Since moving back to Sweden from London in 2010, I have become an avid cross-country skier and plan to participate, for the third time in a row, in the historic 90 km skiing race, Vasaloppet, that takes place in Sweden every year.
