Objectives of the project
- To define and implement wholly integrated multimedia production processes, from the initial upstream phases, along with the organisational and information systems required to support this need
- To improve the cross-fertilisation and enrichment of output content by developing collaborative working around content created from the four existing production disciplines (text, pictures, video and graphics)
- To implement an open-ended system, capable of influencing the development and rapid marketing of innovative content products
Measurable & concrete results
- Detailed targeted processes and functionalities / workflows of the new systems
- Functional architecture of the new editorial systems for 3000 journalists (peak of 600 simultaneous users
- Design of a POC to validate SOA technological strategy on the project
- RFI & RFP on Internet content distribution platform
- Set-up of program governance
- Deployment of the first version of the Event Manager, involving 3000 journalists
- Change management (communication actions and training plan)
