Objectives of the project

BearingPoint was engaged to lay the foundations of HR transformation within Nestlé’s French operations. We benchmarked current efficiency, analysed key roles and processes within the HR function, and designed a future-state model incorporating detailed ‘to be’ HR structures within the client organisation.

Measurable & concrete results

  • The new model mapped out a redesigned HR organisation based on three core Human Resources roles – business partners, experts and administrators.
  • An HR roadmap which focused on transition (people transfers) and job descriptions.
