Objectives of the project
- Our client launched a global group project to implement SAP in all subsidiaries. Purchasing was one of the main components of this project. The solution perimeter covered the complete P2P scope from sourcing and procurement to invoicing. The MM, SRM, MDM, EP, and SIM SAP modules were implemented.
- We assisted our client from conception to design and then testing. We also managed the change management process globally and locally, including training and communication.
