I hold a degree in Business Administration and started my career in the Insurance industry in Underwriting and Product Development.
Since I joined BearingPoint I have focused on Finance-, Business- and IT Transformation projects in the Financial Services industry and in particular in Insurance. I have worked on projects in the United States, United Kingdom, Continental Europe and Bermuda. At BearingPoint I have held various roles. Currently I am responsible for the firm-wide Insurance segment and am member of the Swiss Practice Management.
My contribution
I have published various press articles in Financial Services newspapers and magazines with focus on topics such as Financial Reporting, Underwriting and Operating Models. In addition, interviews can be found in a variety newspapers and magazines such as Handelszeitung on different topics including Shared Services.
My personal life
I live in Switzerland quite close to Zurich. I am married and we have 2 children. In my spare time I like to do sports. In addition I love travelling, also off the beaten tracks (e.g. I have had the chance to discover countries such as Vietnam, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and Botswana.)
