I have over 20 years’ experience of managing and delivering business and technology transformation programmes/projects in the public sector, financial services and process industries. A number of my clients have operated in highly regulated areas (GxP, national security) where maintaining quality systems and data integrity are of paramount importance.
My areas of expertise include business process improvement, all stages of the software procurement and selection, system implementation and project governance.
I have worked and lived in both Belgium and the US at various stages of my career and have worked on a number of international engagements including projects in UK, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Italy and the USA.
