I have worked with private and public organisations for over 14 years. The main focus has been on advising and assisting these organisations change and develop to meet their specific objectives.
I am responsible for advising a variety of clients in Ireland across industries including Life Sciences, Utilities, Transport, Telco and Retail. I have led projects across the business which includes improving various supply chains, e-commerce development, CRM and channel shift, developing strategy and business models, process design and the implementation of new ERP systems.
The successful implementation of new processes and technology involves change within the organisation. What I find of particular interest is the continual challenge to understand and measure the success of a project within an organisation and ensure the change evoked is both sustainable and effective.
