I head up the IT Strategy and Transformation team for the Ireland/UK region. My responsibilities extend across our Technology delivery teams including Architecture, Development and IT Advisory services and this team’s responsibilities are to deliver strategic technology projects to BearingPoint’s clients across all industries.
I provide management-consulting services to a wide variety of clients, specializing in programme and project management, IT strategy, technology-led business solutions and systems implementation. In this role, I draw on my knowledge and experience in such areas as IT management, business analysis and process improvement. I have over 20 years experience managing business-led projects in a wide range of industries.
My team has strong technical skills and proven delivery capability for large, complex technology projects.
