We’ll show you how to drive client meetings, prepare deliverables and facilitate workshops. Mastering the fundamentals of project management comes next – how to establish priorities, respect timelines and identify and escalate risks.

Develop your business skills

In finance, purchasing, marketing, and technologies, you need to be completely up to speed with current business practices. We’ll help you to develop your know-how in a way that’s linked to your team expertise.

Acquire behavioural skills

Developing good interpersonal relationships is vital in the consulting business, as is skill in oral communication. We’ll take you through the behavioural skills you need to succeed in this most communication-focused business of all.
