Our management team is led by the Managing Partner Peter Mockler who successfully accomplished the European management buyout, establishing BearingPoint as an independent, partner-owned management and technology consultancy. He was elected Managing Partner for the first time in 2009, guided our firm through the transformation process and further developed our practice and offerings to clients. Having been re-elected in 2012 as Managing Partner, Peter established two new firm-wide management positions (CDO and COO) in order to drive BearingPoint to a new level. Peter has more than 25 years of international experience in the consulting market and has been a Partner with the firm since 1997.
Eric Falque is the regional leader of France and Benelux serving major companies (CAC 40 and SBF 120) as well as large public organizations. He is responsible for client relations, service lines and industries as well as profitable and sustainable growth in the region. In addition to his role as regional leader, Eric is the firm-wide leader for Digital Marketing, Sales & Customer Management. Eric's focus is to develop strong thought leadership. His most recent research examines customer paradoxes in the digital world. He has also co-created a Business Award (Podium de la Relation Client); its results are eagerly awaited every year by the largest French firms. Eric has been a Partner with the firm since 1997.
Per Jacobsson acts in the role of Chief Development Officer (CDO). In this role he helps execute on the firm’s strategic direction, global market positioning and with focus on clients, talent and thought leadership. Per also leads the six Service Lines at BearingPoint. This involves management of the portfolio of adaptive and innovative client solutions. He also manages the Firm’s Global reach strategy and the Firm’s network of consulting alliances. Prior to his current role, he successfully led the Nordic region of BearingPoint, the Firm’s Commercial Services industry and has been a partner at our firm since 1994.
Natalia Krasnoperova is the regional leader of BearingPoint’s practice in CIS. She has been head of the Moscow office since 2008. Under her leadership, BearingPoint CIS experienced growth that was far above average and now serves most of the largest CIS firms. Natalia is our firm-wide Industry Leader for Process Industries, Utilities & Resources. In addition she is the head of our firm-wide Gender Diversity initiative. Natalia has been a Partner at BearingPoint since 2005.
Matthias Loebich is the firm-wide leader for Discrete Industries. With more than 15 years of experience in consulting, Matthias has a proven track record across the different industries working often in an international environment. He focuses on Supply Chain Management, Performance Management, Process Redesign as well as IT Strategy and Implementation. Matthias has led large transformation projects, mainly in automotive and manufacturing. He has been a Partner at the firm since 2007.
Marcel Nickler is the regional leader of Germany, Switzerland and Austria. One of his focus areas is to further expand the service offerings in Business Strategy and Transformation as well as in Asset Based Consulting, creating value to clients in commercial and financial industries as well as in government. Marcel has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industries and is currently serving as the President of the Association of Management Consultants Switzerland (ASCO). He has been a Partner at BearingPoint since 2000.
Patrick Palmgren is the regional leader of our Nordic countries - Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. He drives long-standing client relationships in the region focusing on four sectors – consumer goods, retail, banking and healthcare - as well as sustainable and profitable growth. Patrick is also the firm-wide leader for Business Strategy and Transformation, offering an experience in management consulting of almost 20 years. He often serves as expert speaker in international executive forums around business transformation and operational excellence. Patrick has been a Partner at BearingPoint since 2005.
James Rodger is the regional leader of the UK and Ireland. James is responsible for further developing our business in the region and to foster sustainable and profitable growth. He has contributed to the success of the firm through his leadership of the firm-wide automotive sector. James has worked within the automotive sector for 27 years, 15 of which as a consultant. He has worked with some of the best known automotive brands delivering successful consulting programs across the entire value chain and developing long term relationships with key clients in the process. James has been a Partner at BearingPoint since 2005.
Dolf Smeets as our Chief Financial Officer manages the financial operations and financial strategy of our firm. He is committed to ensuring the financial sustainability of BearingPoint as well as a balanced portfolio of growth initiatives, maintaining the high level of integrity and transparency of our firm’s businesses. Before the European management buyout Dolf was CFO for the EMEA region at BearingPoint. Dolf has been a Partner at BearingPoint since 2009.
Henri Tcheng is the firm-wide leader for Consumer Industries. He has over 25 years of experience in the consulting industry. During his career, he has supported the development of many telecom operators, internet service providers and energy leaders as they opened their markets. He has built a specific expertise in the network economy and regulation issues in the telecom and energy industries. He has applied this expertise to a wide range of areas, including strategy value chain analysis, business modeling, marketing, CRM, performance management, finance, strategic costing, interconnection and unbundling. Henri has been a Partner at BearingPoint since 1998.
Hughes Verdier acts in the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role he enables operational excellence across our firm by working closely with the regional leaders. He focuses on managing day-to-day operations, optimizing our delivery approach and utilization. He is responsible for the BearingPoint support functions, their quality and efficiency, including technology, research, knowledge management and office services. In addition Hughes Verdier is the firm-wide Industry leader for Public Services and currently serves as the BearingPoint lead client service Partner for the French Government. He has been a strategic advisor to government departments across France for more than 20 years and led numerous complex transformation projects for a large number of public sector clients. In his career Hughes has acquired a sound knowledge of issues related to the modernization of the state and a deep expertise in accounting and change management. Hughes has been a Partner at the firm since 1996.
Dr. Robert Wagner is the firm-wide leader for Financial Services. Having been in the consulting business since 1992, Robert has worked with leading national and international banks and insurance companies in several European countries. His focus is on Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, Regulation, Performance Management, Shared Services, Systems and IT Architecture as well as Program Management. In this context Robert led large transformation projects, mainly in the financial sector but also in other industries. He has been a Partner at the firm since 2000.
Hans-Werner Wurzel is the firm-wide leader of Sales Management, including key and target account development. In addition he is in charge of the Alliance Management worldwide. He has also joined the Management Board of Infonova, a wholly owned subsidiary of BearingPoint, to support the company in its future development. With more than 25 years of experience in the consulting industry, he has worked for national and international clients in various industries. Hans-Werner has proven knowledge and expertise in business transformation projects. He has been a Partner at BearingPoint since 2005.
