My expertise

I head up the IT Strategy and Transformation team for the Ireland/UK region and contribute to the growth and development of these services at a firmwide level.  My responsibilities extend across our technology delivery teams including architecture, development and IT advisory services and this team is responsible for delivering strategic technology projects to BearingPoint’s clients across all industries.

I provide management-consulting services to a wide variety of clients, specializing in programme and project management, IT strategy, technology-led business solutions and systems implementation. In this role, I draw on my knowledge and experience in such areas as IT management, business analysis and process improvement.  I have over 20 years experience managing business-led projects in a wide range of industries. 

My team has strong technical skills and proven delivery capability for large, complex technology projects.
