Being a partner at BearingPoint I am also responsible for the Customer management Consulting Practice in the BeNeLux. I have 25 years of experience in business transformation, marketing and sales consulting.
Over the years I worked on subjects like competitive strategy, business transformation, consumer segmentation, consumer needs analysis, brand management, pricing strategies, web channel development, digital marketing, database marketing, campaign management and customer loyalty.
Nowadays I am focusing on helping clients to transfer into customer centric companies by building world class customer facing capabilities. I have a bachelor in Information Sciences and received his MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus Graduate School of Business.
