Objectives of the project
Restructure product and customer portfolio in a business unit of a global chemicals producer, align processes and organizational set up accordingly in sales, R&D/innovation management, supply chain management, production, overhead and site infrastructure in sites in Germany and Austria in order to meet ROCE and EBIT targets rapidly and sustainably.
