HR Organisation in Angola

Our client was one of the world’s major integrated international oil and gas companies. With operations in over 130 countries, it engages in all aspects of the petroleum industry, both Upstream (oil and gas exploration, development and production, LNG) and Downstream (refining, marketing and trading & shipping).

BearingPoint helped the Angolan subsidiary of a global oil major to define and implement a payroll migration project and audit HR Access documentation.

Objectives of the project

BearingPoint was tasked with reviewing and assessing the current HR organisation in light of existing and future challenges in Angola. This encompassed defining and preparing a payroll migration project, auditing HR Access documentation, and implementing a corrective action plan. We also defined, reviewed and implemented pre-projects to ease migration.
