Restructuring of a European air traffic control organisation
BearingPoint reviewed the overall organisation with a view to designing an organisational model which would be flexible, able to respond to change, and would continue to facilitate efficient decision-making, reporting, and communications.
Objectives of the project
In response to market deregulation and in preparation for a future public offering, the organisation needed to shift towards a cost-orientated structure for management and business processes.
In addition, it had to prepare for the requirements of the “Single-European-Sky-Program”, which would create additional market expansion opportunities.
