  • Installation of two new departments: ‘IT Customer Management’ and ‘IT Architecture Management’
  • Organisational optimisations in ‘IT Production’
  • 18 KPIs have been identified and documented along the dimensions: Products, Financials, Employees, Processes, Quality, Innovation, Projects and Suppliers
