The solution is based on the SAP QM and SAP BW technology. There is no need for the client to acquire a costly SAP HSE component.

• Collection, standardised presentation and update of HSE data. Data will be gathered by download from transactional systems, direct entry in the system and/or loading from templates (for users with no system access).
• Authorised access to HSE data for analysis and reporting at all levels of corporate organisation:
  • Prepare ad hoc and periodic reporting according to corporate standards.
  • Prepare statistical reports to government bodies.

The control reporting ensures controlled provision of information to subsidiaries by preparing service reports. In addition corporate reporting data may be compared with the external reporting data.
