Corporate Social Responsibility 2015 Project

BearingPoint assisted a major French transportation company in auditing the acquisition of an electric mobility operator that wanted to sell electric mobility by ‘kilometric package’.

Objectives of the project

In 2010, the group decided to split Hospitality and Service activities to create ‘a new, strong and perennial dynamic for each entity’. The objective of this CSR initiative was to establish the conditions for growth and sustained profitability for the hospitality activities, while expanding the group's culture.

Measurable & concrete results

  • Formalised roadmaps for the CSR workstream
  • Identification of 60 key initiatives to be prioritised and implemented
  • Several working sessions with leaders to ensure actions consistency
  • Regular meeting between the contributors to implement all identified key initiatives
  • Regular reports send to Comex Members on the workstream progress
