Your performance manager
Your career development is very important to us, so we have an individual career policy for all of our employees. It revolves around your performance manager.
Your performance manager will be at management level or above to ensure that you benefit from their experience and maturity. They will be from the same team as you and committed to your personal development. They are required to be transparent and honest with you so that you can progress and evolve in your career.
Performance managers take part in your “career life cycle” by welcoming you to the company and facilitating your induction.
They will collect and provide feedback from management on all your assignments, assessing how well you have performed and helping you to build an individual career development plan. They will also advise on your training programme, help you select colleagues for your team and guide your career throughout your time with us.
In terms of your performance and promotion, your performance manager is your mentor.
