Objectives of the project
Our client has defined its buyers’ skills as the key lever to allow the evolution of its sourcing landscape from a buyers’ market to a suppliers market. We therefore assisted our client in assessing the skills of 120 key sourcing managers and defining a skills development plan.

- Individual skills assessment for 120 key sourcing managers against a pre-defined list
- Presentation of the three year vision of the target organisation and associated key skills
- Definition of a skills development programme
- Roll-out of skills development actions (training, workshops and performance tracking).
