Increasingly, auto OEMs are looking to their suppliers for support around quality of product.
BearingPoint, in conjunction with AIAG, OESA, CLEPA and Warranty Week, is undertaking a global study of warranty processes and costs. Specifically, we’re interested in finding out what opportunities automotive OEMs and suppliers have to improve overall vehicle quality and reduce warranty costs, given the increasing role of suppliers in warranty management.

All respondents will receive a copy of the survey and an invitation to a roundtable discussion with colleagues from the automotive industry.
