Experience

I have more than 20 years experience in Digital Marketing, Sales & Customer Management, both playing a role in worldwide firm management and working for global accounts.

Since 2012, I am the regional leader for France/Benelux responsible for client relations, service lines and industries as well as profitable and sustainable growth for this region.

I have co-created a Business Award (Podium de la Relation Client), whose results are eagerly awaited every year by the largest French firms. I have co-written a book on “customer paradoxes in the digital world”.

I have led various projects in the manufacturing, media, utilities, telecoms, services, retail and automotive industries, in the following areas:

  • Customer Centricity Strategy
  • Relationship Marketing Strategy – Campaign management
  • Large-scale, multi-channel, customer management programs (call centers, web, sales force automation)
