    Objectives of the project

    The project was undertaken before the launch of the second period (2010-2012) of the French Energy Saving Certificates (ESC) system. With a major financial stake through this system, our client wanted to assess the means to fulfil its obligations and to evaluate the opportunity to widen its offer.

    Measurable & concrete results

    • Presentation to the Management Committee:

      • Explanation of the ESC mechanism and related issues
      • Presentation of the benchmark of peers offering
      • Presentation of the analysis of ESC-eligible operations
      • Major conclusions and recommendations for the second period 
    • New offering launch decided: on-going job with BearingPoint assistance
