Flexible Work model
We offer you a wide range of options for this - including sabbaticals or workcation (to work remotely before and/or after your vacation abroad within Europe for a maximum duration of 8 weeks during a calendar year. We offer an attractive vacation entitlement of at least 27 to 30 days per year depending on your age. In addition to the Swiss national and local holidays, BearingPoint also gives you every December 24 and December 31 as days off. Compensation Model
You benefit from our attractive compensation model including a performance-related bonus. The bonus at BearingPoint is influenced by two components – company success and your personal performance; as a BearingPoint employee, you are part of our own pension fund which is performing well. The pension fund contributions are split in a way that 2/3 of the savings part are paid by BearingPoint and only 1/3 is paid by the employee. Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Unternehmensberatung oder im Financial-Services-Umfeld
- Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative und Ownership: Du erkennst Chancen und setzt Impulse für Innovation.
- Strategisches Denken und Leadership-Skills für die Steuerung komplexer Projekte
- Technologieverständnis in digitalen Plattformen, Cloud-Lösungen und KI-Anwendungen
- Projektmanagement-Exzellenz (Zertifizierungen wie PMP, Prince2 oder Agile/Scrum von Vorteil)
- Analytische Stärke und Business-Sense, um datengetriebene Entscheidungen zu gestalten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
