Flexible Work model
We offer you a wide range of options for this - including sabbaticals or workcation (to work remotely before and/or after your vacation abroad within Europe for a maximum duration of 8 weeks during a calendar year. We offer an attractive vacation entitlement of at least 27 to 30 days per year depending on your age. In addition to the Swiss national and local holidays, BearingPoint also gives you every December 24 and December 31 as days off. Compensation Model
You benefit from our attractive compensation model including a performance-related bonus. The bonus at BearingPoint is influenced by two components – company success and your personal performance; as a BearingPoint employee, you are part of our own pension fund which is performing well. The pension fund contributions are split in a way that 2/3 of the savings part are paid by BearingPoint and only 1/3 is paid by the employee. Du wirst Teil unseres multidisziplinären Teams und Trusted Advisor für unsere Kunden
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Berichten, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Kundenprojekte und zu internen Zwecken.
- Assistenz bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops und Kundenmeetings.
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Studien und Fachartikeln.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Projektplänen und Ressourcenallokationen.
- Protokollierung von Besprechungen, inklusive der Erfassung von Entscheidungen, To-Dos und Verantwortlichkeiten.
- Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Agenden und Informationsmaterialien für Meetings.
Dein Profil
Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Masterstudiums der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, oder verwandten Studiengängen
- Erste Erfahrung im (agilen) Projektmanagement, Businessanalyse oder Unternehmensberatung.
- Grosses Interesse am Finanzdienstleistungssektor (Versicherungen, Rückversicherungen, Banken).
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Enthusiastische und proaktive Persönlichkeit.
- Kundenorientiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten innerhalb unserer Projektteams.
