Flexible Work model
We offer you a wide range of options for this - including sabbaticals or workcation (to work remotely before and/or after your vacation abroad within Europe for a maximum duration of 8 weeks during a calendar year. We offer an attractive vacation entitlement of at least 27 to 30 days per year depending on your age. In addition to the Swiss national and local holidays, BearingPoint also gives you every December 24 and December 31 as days off. Compensation Model
You benefit from our attractive compensation model including a performance-related bonus. The bonus at BearingPoint is influenced by two components – company success and your personal performance; as a BearingPoint employee, you are part of our own pension fund which is performing well. The pension fund contributions are split in a way that 2/3 of the savings part are paid by BearingPoint and only 1/3 is paid by the employee. - Entwurf, Entwicklung und Einsatz kundenspezifischer generativer KI-Lösungen in der Systemlandschaft von Kundenunternehmen
- Übersetzen von generativen KI-Anwendungsfällen in architektonische und technische Anforderungen für die Entwicklung und Implementierung
- Anleitung und Befähigung von Junioren Kollegen bei der technischen Umsetzung von generativen KI-Anwendungsfällen für unsere Kunden
- Weiterentwicklung des generativen KI-Serviceportfolios von BearingPoint
- Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Durchführung von agiler Entwicklung und Implementierungen
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Bachelor- oder Masterstudiums der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, oder verwandten Studiengängen
- Mehr als 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt auf Data Analytics & AI (z.B. Datenarchitektur, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Data Automation, (Gen)AI), in einem Beratungs- oder Industrieumfeld.
- Um unsere Kunden vor Ort optimal zu beraten, bist du bereit zu reisen (hauptsächlich in der Schweiz)
- Enthusiastische und proaktive Persönlichkeit
- Kundenorientiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten innerhalb unserer Projektteams
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englisch Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil (Französisch ist ein Plus)
