Flexible Work model
We offer you a wide range of options for this - including sabbaticals or workcation (to work remotely before and/or after your vacation abroad within Europe for a maximum duration of 8 weeks during a calendar year. We offer an attractive vacation entitlement of at least 27 to 30 days per year depending on your age. In addition to the Swiss national and local holidays, BearingPoint also gives you every December 24 and December 31 as days off. Compensation Model
You benefit from our attractive compensation model including a performance-related bonus. The bonus at BearingPoint is influenced by two components – company success and your personal performance; as a BearingPoint employee, you are part of our own pension fund which is performing well. The pension fund contributions are split in a way that 2/3 of the savings part are paid by BearingPoint and only 1/3 is paid by the employee. An unserem Zürcher Standort suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen motivierten HR Generalisten (m/w/d), der/die unser kleines, engagiertes Team verstärkt.
In dieser vielseitigen Position bist du verantwortlich für eine grosse Bandbreite des Personalmanagements – von der Vertragserstellung bis hin zur Förderung einer positiven Unternehmenskultur.
Du hast die Chance, aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Strategien mitzuwirken und einen direkten Einfluss auf das Wachstum und die Zufriedenheit unserer Mitarbeitenden zu nehmen.
Zu deinen vielfältigen Aufgaben gehören:
- Abwicklung der Personaladministration innerhalb des gesamten Employee Lifecycles (Vertragserstellung, Personal-Stammdatenpflege, Koordination von Unfall- und Krankheitsfällen, On- und Offboarding, etc.)
- Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte
- Durchführung des Payroll-Laufes in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Payroll Provider
- Beantragung von Arbeits- und Aufenthaltsgenehmigungen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von steuerlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Vorschriften bei internationalen Einsätzen zusammen mit dem firmenweiten Global-Mobility Team
- Koordination und Weiterentwicklung lokaler Trainings
- Mitarbeit in verschiedenen HR-Projekten
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Personalwesen sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Ausgeprägte Fachkenntnisse in der Personaladministration und Payroll
- Freude an administrativen HR-Tätigkeiten sowie gutes Verständnis des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts und Sozialversicherungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse Kenntnisse der MS Office Applikationen und HR-Management-Systemen, SAP von Vorteil
- Enthusiastische und proaktive Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Diskrete, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigenverantwortung
