Flexible Work model
We offer you a wide range of options for this - including sabbaticals or workcation (to work remotely before and/or after your vacation abroad within Europe for a maximum duration of 8 weeks during a calendar year. We offer an attractive vacation entitlement of at least 27 to 30 days per year depending on your age. Compensation Model
You benefit from our attractive compensation model including a performance-related bonus. The bonus at BearingPoint is influenced by two components – company success and your personal performance; as a BearingPoint employee, you are part of our own pension fund which is performing well. The pension fund contributions are split in a way that 2/3 of the savings part are paid by BearingPoint and only 1/3 is paid by the employee. Wir sind eine Internationale Management- und Technologieberatung und in der Schweiz an den Standorten Zürich und Genf mit rund 160 Mitarbeitenden tätig.
Um unser Wachstum weiter voranzutreiben, suchen an unserem Zürcher Standort einen motivierten Recruiting Coordinator (m/w/d), der/die unser kleines, engagiertes Team verstärkt. In dieser vielseitigen Position bist du die erste Ansprechperson für Bewerbende und begleitest diese durch den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess – vom Screening Call, zur Angebotsunterbreitung bis hin zur Mithilfe beim Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitenden.
Zu deinen vielfältigen Aufgaben gehören:
- Organisation und Koordination des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses auf allen Hierarchiestufen für Zürich und Genf
- Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen auf unserer Karriereseite, Jobportalen und Social Media
- Pflege und Bewirtschaftung unseres Bewerbermanagementsystems (ATS)
- Kommunikation mit KandidatInnen, Personaldienstleistern und internen Stakeholder
- Mitwirkung bei Recruiting-Events und Employer Branding-Aktivitäten
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Recruiting-Prozesse und -Standards
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, mit HR- oder Organisationsschwerpunkt
- Praxiserfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise in einer Beratungs- oder Dienstleistungsumgebung
- Interesse an HR Marketing Themen und der Mitarbeit an Events
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse Kenntnisse der MS Office Applikationen
- Diskrete und proaktive Persönlichkeit mit grossem organisatorischem Geschick
- Zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigenverantwortung
