Flexible Work model
We offer you a wide range of options for this - including sabbaticals or workcation (to work remotely before and/or after your vacation abroad within Europe for a maximum duration of 8 weeks during a calendar year. We offer an attractive vacation entitlement of at least 27 to 30 days per year depending on your age. In addition to the Swiss national and local holidays, BearingPoint also gives you every December 24 and December 31 as days off. Compensation Model
You benefit from our attractive compensation model including a performance-related bonus. The bonus at BearingPoint is influenced by two components – company success and your personal performance; as a BearingPoint employee, you are part of our own pension fund which is performing well. The pension fund contributions are split in a way that 2/3 of the savings part are paid by BearingPoint and only 1/3 is paid by the employee. Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben
In unserem Segment Operations unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei der Durchführung von komplexen Transformationsprojekten inklusive SAP- und IT- Architekturen sowie bei der Implementierung von komplexen, standardisierten als auch massgeschneiderten SAP Applikationen.
- Betreuung von anspruchsvollen SAP Beratungsprojekten für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden insbesondere im Umfeld der Transition zu SAP S/4HANA
- Spezialisierung auf die Einführung von Stammdatensystemen im SAP Kontext, so wie der Datenmigration im Rahmen von IT-Transformationsprojekten
- Praktische Erfahrung in der analytischen Prozessanalyse so wie dem Design von Stammdatenpflegeprozessen
- Förderung deiner Kompetenzen und Ideen bei weiteren Fragestellungen in den Bereichen Data Management, Data Governance, Datenqualität und Datenintegration, so wie der Datenkonzeption in Bezug auf den Einsatz von generativer AI
- Unterstützung bei der Akquise von Neukunden und Projekten
- Weiterentwicklung von Beratungsdienstleistungen
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Bachelor- oder Masterstudiums der Fachrichtung Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder verwandten Studiengängen
- Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem SAP fokussierten Beratungsunternehmen
- Sehr gute SAP Kenntnisse & Offenheit gegenüber neuen Technologien (Gen AI, AI generell)
- Bereitschaft zu nationaler und internationaler Reisetätigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englisch Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Enthusiastische und proaktive Persönlichkeit
- Kundenorientiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten innerhalb unserer Projektteams
