Flexible Work model
We offer you a wide range of options for this - including sabbaticals or workcation (to work remotely before and/or after your vacation abroad within Europe for a maximum duration of 8 weeks during a calendar year. We offer an attractive vacation entitlement of at least 27 to 30 days per year depending on your age. In addition to the Swiss national and local holidays, BearingPoint also gives you every December 24 and December 31 as days off. Compensation Model
You benefit from our attractive compensation model including a performance-related bonus. The bonus at BearingPoint is influenced by two components – company success and your personal performance; as a BearingPoint employee, you are part of our own pension fund which is performing well. The pension fund contributions are split in a way that 2/3 of the savings part are paid by BearingPoint and only 1/3 is paid by the employee. During your internship you will:
Be integrated in various projects (leading to improve and digitize Supply-Chain processes) within a team of consultants whether at the clients or in the office
Participate in writing white papers and articles
Be involved in the preparation of market offers, presentation to clients and request for proposal
Dein Profil
You are finishing or have completed a master’s degree from an University or Engineering school
You have a first experience in project management and business analysis or consulting, in Supply-Chain environment(s)
You are familiar with working in an international environment and are fluent in both French and English. German is a plus.
You have a good knowledge of MS office (especially PowerPoint) and some Supply-Chain and Supply Planning solutions
You show organizational skills that reflect your ability to perform all daily tasks with excellent attention to details. In addition, you are creative, flexible and proactive.
