Flexible Work model
We offer you a wide range of options for this - including sabbaticals or workcation (to work remotely before and/or after your vacation abroad within Europe for a maximum duration of 8 weeks during a calendar year. We offer an attractive vacation entitlement of at least 27 to 30 days per year depending on your age. Compensation Model
You benefit from our attractive compensation model including a performance-related bonus. The bonus at BearingPoint is influenced by two components – company success and your personal performance; as a BearingPoint employee, you are part of our own pension fund which is performing well. The pension fund contributions are split in a way that 2/3 of the savings part are paid by BearingPoint and only 1/3 is paid by the employee. Als Consultant SAP Business Intelligence, Analytics & Data Warehouse unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Finanz- und Controllingprozesse und gestaltest mit uns die digitale Transformation aktiv mit.
CFO-Teams setzen beim Neuaufbau von Analytics, Planung und Reporting verstärkt auf die Business Data Cloud (BDC) und Künstliche Intelligenz. Dies gilt insbesondere im Kontext von S/4HANA-Transformationen. Werde Teil dieser Veränderung und nutze mit uns die Power von Business Intelligence-Lösungen, um die Digitale Transformation unserer Kunden erfolgreich zu gestalten.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
Du implementierst zukunftsweisende Plattformen für Reporting und Planung – wahlweise mit Fokus auf das Frontend (SAP Analytics Cloud) oder das Backend (SAP Business Warehouse / SAP Datasphere).
Du begleitest unsere Kunden bei SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Conversions (In-Place, Shell, Remote) und gestaltest moderne Datenarchitekturen.
Du begleitest Projekte vom Konzept bis zum Training und Go-Live. Du managst deine Arbeitspakete, unterstützt im Pre-Sales und stehst im engen Austausch mit unseren Kunden.

Dein Profil
Du hast erfolgreich ein Studium absolviert – die Fachrichtung ist zweitrangig, solange dein Business-Knowhow und deine IT-Affinität stimmen.
Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einem projektorientierten Umfeld mit und besitzt erste (Consultant) oder vertiefte (Senior Consultant) Kenntnisse in Datenmodellierung sowie BI-Architekturen.
Du hast Routine in der Konzeption und Implementierung von Frontend (Visualisierung oder Planung in SAC) oder Backend (SAP BW oder SAP Datasphere).
Setze deine Begeisterung für innovative Technologien und deine Freude an der Kundenkommunikation bei uns in die Tat um.
Um unsere Kunden vor Ort optimal zu beraten, bist du bereit, national und international zu reisen.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englisch Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil (Französisch ist ein Plus)
