Flexible Work model
We offer you a wide range of options for this - including sabbaticals or workcation (to work remotely before and/or after your vacation abroad within Europe for a maximum duration of 2 weeks during a calendar year. We offer an attractive vacation entitlement of at least 27 to 30 days per year depending on your age. In addition to the Swiss national and local holidays, BearingPoint also gives you every December 24 and December 31 as days off. Compensation Model
You benefit from our attractive compensation model including a performance-related bonus. The bonus at BearingPoint is influenced by two components – company success and your personal performance; as a BearingPoint employee, you are part of our own pension fund which is performing well. The pension fund contributions are split in a way that 2/3 of the savings part are paid by BearingPoint and only 1/3 is paid by the employee. As part of our bold move to strengthen our local presence in Western Switzerland, you will be part of our Geneva Consumer Retail & Lifestyle (CRL) team with objective to become the trusted advisor of our local clients in their major transformations :• Work in project teams under the supervision of a manager, to help clients improve and transform their organizations and operations
• Support the project team with your expertise in one or more areas: strategy, business model, organization design, performance improvement, process redesign, digitalization, sustainability, enterprise applications
• Perform impactful quantitative and qualitative analysis, document preparation, research and project management
• Further develop your skills around capabilities and industries
• Support the acquisition of customers and projects in the Romandie area
• Actively build a network in these areas within Switzerland as well as collaborate with our strategic partners
Dein Profil
Successful completion of a Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, business administration, economics or similar
At least 2 years of experience in management consulting in the manufacturing industry or in Operations is a must
Experience in operational and/or digital transformation including strategy change, business model change, process streamlining or organizational optimization
Proven analytical and problem solving skills (quantitative and qualitative)
Ability to communicate your findings and the value they bring to clients with impact orally and in writing
Native or fluent in French, business fluent written and spoken in English, ideally B2 in German
