Flexible Work model
We offer you a wide range of options for this - including sabbaticals or workcation (to work remotely before and/or after your vacation abroad within Europe for a maximum duration of 2 weeks during a calendar year. We offer an attractive vacation entitlement of at least 27 to 30 days per year depending on your age. In addition to the Swiss national and local holidays, BearingPoint also gives you every December 24 and December 31 as days off. Compensation Model
You benefit from our attractive compensation model including a performance-related bonus. The bonus at BearingPoint is influenced by two components – company success and your personal performance; as a BearingPoint employee, you are part of our own pension fund which is performing well. The pension fund contributions are split in a way that 2/3 of the savings part are paid by BearingPoint and only 1/3 is paid by the employee. Dein Profil
Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Life Sciences, Informatik, Data Science oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in regulierten Industrien oder im Kontext AI Risk, Security oder Data Compliance
Fundierte Kenntnisse in einschlägigen Standards (EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 23894, ICH Q9, FDA 21 CFR Part 11)
Erfahrung im Bereich AI Security Auditing, Model Risk Assessment und Red Teaming für KI-Systeme
Technische Expertise zu ML-Lebenszyklen, Datenpipelines und Evaluationsframeworks (RAG, LLM QA)
Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Risiken regulatorisch und verständlich darzustellen
Erfahren im Projektmanagement digitaler Transformationen mit strategischem Fokus auf AI und Data Governance
Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil
