I’ve spent my career proving that digital transformation isn’t about technology - it’s about courage. For over a decade, I’ve worked with federal institutions that want to change but often don’t know where to start. The truth is uncomfortable: software doesn’t solve structural problems, and strategies don’t shift cultures. Only people do - when they have the clarity, trust, and leadership to make hard decisions.

Public administration is often seen as slow, rigid, or overly complex. I see it differently. It’s one of the few systems capable of creating real, lasting impact - if we dare to rethink how it works.

My background in political science taught me to understand public systems; my career has been about transforming them. From the local level to federal ministries, I’ve led initiatives that cut through bureaucracy, align teams around purpose, and bring digital ambitions to life.

Today, as a Partner in People & Strategy, I lead a team that challenges old assumptions and helps public institutions become not just more efficient, but more human.

Because transformation doesn’t start with a new platform or process.
It starts when someone decides that “the way we’ve always done it” is no longer good enough.

Together with public administration, we must have the courage to take real new paths and not reproduce old habits. This is the only way real progress is possible. As Oren Harari said, “The electric light did not come from the continuous improvement of candles.”.
