This BearingPoint Academy Leading SAFe® Remote Training provides you with the essential knowledge to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise. You will learn to apply the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and the underlying principles of Lean, Systems Thinking, Agile Development, Product Development Flow, and DevOps. The competencies required to become a Lean Enterprise will be discussed in detail. Additionally, you will learn and practice skills for supporting PI Planning events and aligning organizations with common goals.
Upon completing the training, you will have understood the significance of Business Agility for survival in the digital age. You will have gained insights into leading a Lean-Agile enterprise by utilizing SAFe® and developing a customer-oriented mindset.

Certification

Dennis Wendlandt is a certified computer scientist and has been with BearingPoint since 2015. His focus areas include Agile Coaching and IT transformations. Target Group
Individuals at all levels of an organization who are involved in agile transformation, planning, execution, or delivery and wish to gain a comprehensive understanding of the SAFe® framework. This includes, but is not limited to: leaders, agile change agents, product managers and product owners, Scrum Masters, team members, and project managers.

Prerequisites
There are no specific prerequisites for attending this SAFe® SA training. However, it is recommended that participants have some basic knowledge or experience with agile principles and practices, and be familiar with Scrum or other agile methods in product development. This will help you better understand the SAFe® framework and apply the concepts and methods covered in the training.

Certification
Upon completion of the training, all participants will receive a certificate of attendance from BearingPoint. The certificate will include your name, the date of attendance, the content of the training, and the signature of your trainer.
When you book one of our SAFe® trainings, you are also eligible to take the official certification exam conducted by Scaled Agile Inc. Upon successful completion, you will receive your title with a certificate, as well as a one-year membership to the SAFe® Community Platform.

Booking
1. Until when can the booked training be canceled?
- Participants can cancel their booking for an event at any time, but no later than 15 (fifteen) days before the event. Cancellations must be made via email.
2. What happens if I cancel?
- In the event of a cancellation or withdrawal more than 15 (fifteen) days before a fee-paying event, the participant will receive an email offering the option to register for a replacement event under the same conditions. A participant who does not agree to attend the replacement event may request a refund. If a participant withdraws their participation less than 15 (fifteen) days before the event, the fees are non-refundable.
3. What happens if my training is canceled?
- If your event is canceled by BearingPoint, you will receive an email offering the option to register for a replacement event under the same conditions.
