I have 20 years experience in the supply chain and procurement areas. As a Partner within BearingPoint I work in Operations, serving France, Benelux and Africa.
Together with my team, we address our clients’ supply chain and manufacturing challenges and concerns. We are engaged and fully dedicated to improving their operational excellence, designing and structuring their procurement processes as well as digitalizing their operations and improving their logistics capabilities.
We support our clients in large transformation initiatives, organizational restructuring, new modus operandi and the set up and deployment of information systems.
I graduated from ESCP Europe in 1997 and worked for 10 years at Kering Group (Printemps and Conforama), where I had several procurement positions.
In 2007, I became a Supply Chain and Procurement consultant. I joined BearingPoint in 2014 from CSC.
Within BearingPoint I have primarily developed our activities targeted on expanding the responsibilities of the purchasing management head. I have also broadened my focus by working on all sides aspects of projects in operations (purchase, planning, logistics & distribution and manufacturing) for France, Benelux and Africa.
