In his +20 years in the insurance industry, Dominic has supported many global clients in their digital transformation, working on dedicated initiatives and programs that span enterprise reinvention, such as operational excellence, strategic cost reduction of front, middle and back offices, new product and service launch, core system re-platforming and operations outsourcing. Dominic has experience working across clients’ core value chain with Advisory and Consulting businesses, enabling him to bring best practices to his clients.
Throughout his career, Dominic has led numerous strategic, operational, and transformational engagements with both local and global insurers and consulting firms. His areas of focus include strategy development and implementation, operational effectiveness & improvement, customer, product and claims innovation, target operating model definition, and large-scale business transformation in the insurance sector.
