My main focus is to pursue the development of BearingPoint’s Wealth Management practice, by helping the private banks address the cumulative effects of commoditization of products, increasing cost of regulatory compliance and technology evolution.

I support clients to:

  • stimulate growth by identifying new markets and differentiated products and services
  • maintain sustainability and continuity of the business by complying with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • optimize their operational and platform costs by redesigning the TOM and processes
  • build a flexible platform by embracing the digital innovation.

I have 25 years of experience as a consultant with the Big Four, banking software companies, and independent management consulting firms. I joined BearingPoint in 2019 as a founding member of the Luxembourg office, where I was responsible for building the Wealth Management practice. I am accompanying several private banks in Luxembourg and internationally on the redesign of their operating model with a focus on client lifecycle management and digital-enabled processes.
