With over 20 years of experience in the field of statutory health insurance, I offer extensive know-how in both organizational and technological issues. I am supported by a thematically positioned team of experts who understand the market’s peculiarities to an extraordinarily high degree due to their professional experience with sickness funds and their service providers.
I have successfully led and delivered projects for our clients ranging from core system implementation, customer service and experience optimization, agile transformation, process optimization, and automation.
Furthermore, I have developed a passion for leadership and change management topics. Organizational resilience as well as the introduction of systemic or holistic ways of thinking in (learning) organizations fascinate me.
