In BearingPoint's Government and Public Sector team, I am specifically dedicated to our work with the Ministries of Finances, Ecology, Agriculture and Education and the operators attached to them.

For more than 15 years, I have helped public administrations modernize their transformation plans, whatever the dimensions have been: organization, processes, IT, etc. I built specific expertise in shaping and securing big IT projects and have promoted new ways of working in the Public Sector: RPA, service design, UX design, etc.

I am also the product owner of BearingPoint's Strategic Workforce Planning asset.
