As a Partner in our Insurance Industry segment, I advise and support our clients on their digital transformation journey, focusing on customer management, which contains marketing, sales, and service.
I am passionate about both innovation and the process of bringing it to life. To accelerate our clients' digitalization initiatives and optimize their customer-facing processes, I support my clients from Phase I (strategy definition, business model design, vendor selection, IT architecture) through implementation (Salesforce, BSI CRM, etc.) and go-live.
I was already able to live out my passion for marketing and sales during my studies as part of my independent work. After graduating from the University of Duisburg-Essen in 2009, I worked on a self-employed basis for two more years until I started my career at BearingPoint in 2011.
Starting in the customer management team, I sharpened my professional expertise in various industries (insurance, telecommunications, industry, logistics, software companies, etc.). Through large CRM transformation projects, I was able to build my strong expertise in the insurance sector.
