Amsterdam, June 21, 2023 – BlackFin Capital Partners and Rivean Capital have announced the sale of CED Group, a full-service claims management service provider, by BlackFin to Rivean. CED Group, a Dutch headquartered company, offers a comprehensive range of services such as assistance, claims handing, loss adjustment and repair, across 12 countries, most notably in the Netherlands, France, Belgium, and Spain. Rivean Capital plans to support the management team in continuing CED Group's European growth strategy and accelerate growth by continuing its international buy and build strategy to become the leading player in the European insurance services market.

BearingPoint Capital provided technology vendor assistance and vendor tech due diligence services, thereby supporting BlackFin in illustrating the considerable contribution technology provides to the value proposition, as well as an in-depth analysis of the technology landscape and organization.
