We are offering you an interesting and challenging position as Customer Experience Consultant

You will take responsibility for:

 

• Engaging with our clients to embed a customer-driven culture

• Embedding our best in class operating models and adapting them to support the digital transformation projects that deliver true business value.

• Providing processes, methods, and tools to manage projects

 

What we expect from you:

  • A master degree with preferably a business management or business engineering – 3rd cycle or a MBA are a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English, Dutch and French
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of working experience, in a management consultancy or in the industry
  • Have experience (user, functional expertise or integrator expertise) with a Cloud CRM suites (C4/Hana, Siebel, Dynamics, Salesforce, Hubspots…)
  • Willing to connect Strategy to Execution; be able to translate that strategy towards Digital requirements; build solution and manage change
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and at ease within a multi-functional team.
  • Affinity with technology delivery methodologies that have a fast; time-to-market; e.g. Agile / SCRUM
