I joined BearingPoint in 2004 and have over 20 years' professional experience. I am currently a Partner and responsible for developing business in Africa and at the international level for BearingPoint.

I am involved in launching new solutions for telecoms operators, media groups and utilities, including entry strategies, marketing strategies, segmentation, substitution effects, service roadmaps, value creation, time to market, solution launches, marketing mix, marketing organization, dashboards and proofs of concept. Our solutions address such areas as the mobile web and telephony, domestic equipment and devices, websites, value-added services, multichannel customer relationships and e-government.

I specifically work on the challenges that organizations face when growing their business in the international arena (international business development, management of relations between parent companies and subsidiaries, etc.) and have led the International Development Intelligence Unit since 2010. I assist companies with their development in emerging countries, especially Africa and the Middle East (over 25 customers in approximately 30 countries). In the process, I have acquired expertise in the telecoms, m-payment, m-health and e-education sectors in Africa.

In addition, I help governments and sponsors lead their modernization and digital transformation projects.

I am a graduate of the Neoma Business School and Paris Institute of Political Studies. I began my career as a product manager at Orange before moving into the consulting industry, initially at PwC and subsequently at BearingPoint.
