I have over 30 years' professional consulting experience, mainly in the automotive industry at large. I am responsible for growing our business activities and leading our key projects with manufacturers, distributors, leasing firms, OEMs and "automobility" service providers.
In particular, I have developed expertise in the automotive distribution sector as well as projects involving the distribution networks: marketing & sales, B2C and B2B CRM, digital, customer experience, own retail, sales and post-sales information systems, used car activities, leasing and so on.
I have been involved in project initiation (strategy, business cases, etc.), implementing new organizations and business processes, and installing new information systems (CRM and DMS platforms).
More generally, I have helped lead change for many of the sector's major international groups (mergers / partnerships, changes in governance, creation of new divisions, etc.) and improved the performance of the support functions (finance / management control, shared service centers, IS/IT strategy, and so on).
Within BearingPoint, I am a member of our international network of "Automotive" consultants and I lead the team of sector-specific consultants for France, Belgium and the Netherlands. As such, I am responsible for liaising with our key accounts in industry and positioning all our service solutions.
I began at Arthur Andersen in 1985 and have spent my entire career in consulting. I joined BearingPoint in 2011 with the aim of developing our value proposition and our activities in the automotive industry.
I did not come into this job by chance. I am truly passionate about every aspect of the automotive industry (product, manufacture, marketing, design, sports, societal, history, etc.). I spend part of my free time attending automotive events, such as shows, races and exhibitions. It is extremely rewarding to be able to combine work with one of my passions.
