I joined BearingPoint in 1998 in the USA before moving to the company's offices in France in 2006. I help our international key accounts in all sectors of industry lead their digital transformation projects, including digital strategy and big data, innovation, new business models and service platforms. I provide upskilling for our consultants by regularly sharing best practices (Centre of Excellence on "New Business Models and Digital Ecosystem Management").
Over the last 20 years, I have led several transformation projects focusing on CRM and the breakthroughs caused by digital technologies.
I have developed specific expertise in innovation and ecosystem management projects (OpenAPI, incubators, and partnerships with large organizations and start-ups). In this role, I have published a number of articles as well as assisted organizations with building their strategic visions and translating those visions into operational actions in both France and abroad.
After graduating with an MBA from Wake Forest University (North Carolina), I joined a group specializing in contact center outsourcing followed by BearingPoint in 1998, where I supported major companies with addressing their marketing, sales and CRM issues. As an expert in digital marketing, co-innovation and open data, I lead projects in a wide range of sectors, particularly banking and insurance.
