Our management team is led by Kiumars Hamidian. He joined BearingPoint in 1996 and became a Partner in 2002. Kiumars was one of the founding Partners in the European management buyout in 2009 that established BearingPoint as an independent, Partner-owned management and technology consultancy. In 2012 he was appointed to the German Management Board and joined the Global Management Committee of BearingPoint in 2016, the same year he took over firm-wide responsibility for Service Lines, the innovation program and Ventures unit. Kiumars was elected Managing Partner in 2018. During his 25-year career, he has led numerous global consulting projects with a focus on transformation programs, reorganizing marketing and customer services and developing IT strategies.
Eric Falque is the Regional Leader for France, Benelux and Africa, serving major companies (CAC 40 and SBF 120) as well as large public organizations. He is Global Leader of the “Go Digital” initiative, responsible for client relations, service lines and industries as well as profitable and sustainable growth in the region. Eric's focus is on developing strong thought leadership. His most recent research examines customer paradoxes in the digital world. He has also co-created a Business Award (Podium de la Relation Client); its results are eagerly awaited every year by the largest French firms. Eric has been a Partner with the firm since 1997.
Andreas Flach is our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and manages the financial operations and financial strategy of our firm. He is committed to ensuring the financial sustainability of BearingPoint as well as a balanced portfolio of growth initiatives, maintaining the high level of integrity and transparency of our firm’s businesses. He provides insights and analysis to support the Managing Partner in decision-making and assure that business decisions are financially sound. Andreas previously had worked as a financial auditor of BearingPoint and joined the firm as a Partner in 2016.
Iris Grewe is the regional leader for GCR (Germany, Czech Republic, Romania) and SIA (Switzerland, Italy, Austria), where she is responsible for the cross-industry structuring and management of the consulting business with respect to clients, employees and service offerings. As Partner in Financial Services she also focuses on Banking and Capital Markets. Iris has been leading business strategy, transformation and integration projects and programs across Europe, APAC and the US for over 15 years. Her clients include locally and globally operating banks and financial services providers as well as trading, clearing and settlement organizations tackling digital and regulatory change as well as operational excellence. As author of various publications, Iris deals with innovations in the banking sector, agile enterprise transformation and a broad range of regulatory topics. After starting her career in a bank and completing her Master’s degree in economics, Iris ventured into consulting in 1998. At BearingPoint, she was promoted to Partner in 2010. Iris has been a member of the Swiss Management Board since 2015 and joined the global Management Committee in 2017.
Matthias Loebich is the firm-wide leader for Production Industries. With more than 20 years of experience in consulting, Matthias has a proven track record across the different industries working often in an international environment. He focuses on Supply Chain Management, Performance Management, Process Redesign as well as IT Strategy and Implementation. Matthias has led large transformation projects, mainly in automotive and manufacturing. In addition he is responsible for the firm’s global reach offices and thus leading our US and China activities as well as covering the Global Consulting Network and the member-firm model. He has been a Partner at the firm since 2007.
Jürgen Lux is the firm-wide leader Solutions. With more than 20 years of experience in consulting and the software business, Jürgen has a proven track record mainly within the financial service industry working often in an international environment. He focuses on Regulatory Reporting and Management, Packaged Software Development and Maintenance as well as Managed Service and Implementation. Jürgen has established large parts of BearingPoint’s software business within the banking and insurance industry and has led numerous implementation projects. He has been a Partner at BearingPoint since 2002.
Patrick Palmgren acts in the role of Chief Development Officer (CDO). In this role he helps execute on the firm’s strategic direction and global market positioning including M&A and Venture activities. This involves management of the portfolio of adaptive and innovative client solutions. He also acts as the regional leader of our Nordic countries - Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Patrick offers a broad experience in management consulting of more than 20 years. He often serves as expert speaker in international executive forums around business and digital transformation. Patrick has been a Partner at BearingPoint since 2005.
James Rodger is the regional leader of the UK and Ireland. James is responsible for further developing our business in the region and to foster sustainable and profitable growth. He has contributed to the success of the firm through his leadership of the firm-wide automotive sector. James has worked within the automotive sector for 27 years, 15 of which as a consultant. He has worked with some of the best known automotive brands delivering successful consulting programs across the entire value chain and developing long term relationships with key clients in the process. James has been a Partner at BearingPoint since 2005.
Henri Tcheng is the firm-wide leader for Consumer Industries. He has over 25 years of experience in the consulting industry. During his career, he has supported the development of many telecom operators, internet service providers and energy leaders as they opened their markets. He has built a specific expertise in the network economy and regulation issues in the telecom and energy industries. He has applied this expertise to a wide range of areas, including strategy value chain analysis, business modeling, marketing, CRM, performance management, finance, strategic costing, interconnection and unbundling. Henri has been a Partner at BearingPoint since 1998.
Hughes Verdier acts in the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role he enables operational excellence across our firm by working closely with the regional leaders. He focuses on managing day-to-day operations, optimizing our delivery approach and utilization. He is responsible for the BearingPoint support functions, their quality and efficiency, including technology, research, knowledge management and office services. In addition Hughes Verdier is the firm-wide Industry leader for Public Services and currently serves as the BearingPoint lead client service Partner for the French Government. He has been a strategic advisor to government departments across France for more than 20 years and led numerous complex transformation projects for a large number of public sector clients. In his career Hughes has acquired a sound knowledge of issues related to the modernization of the state and a deep expertise in accounting and change management. Hughes has been a Partner at the firm since 1996.
Dr. Robert Wagner is the firm-wide leader for Financial Services. Having been in the consulting business since 1992, Robert has worked with leading national and international banks and insurance companies in several European countries. His focus is on Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, Regulation, Performance Management, Shared Services, Systems and IT Architecture as well as Program Management. In this context Robert led large transformation projects, mainly in the financial sector but also in other industries. He has been a Partner at the firm since 2000.
Stephan Weber is our global HR leader. He is responsible for the implementation of the firm-wide People strategy, which is vital to our business objectives and plans for growth. He focuses on the effective organization and deployment of our people and on the realization of their potential. In addition to his HR role, he is also the IT sponsor in the Management Committee. After studying industrial engineering, Stephan joined BearingPoint in 1997 and became a Partner in 2009.
