As a Partner, I lead our Compliance Transformation offering, with a focus on regulatory integration as well as functional and technical implementation. I help clients address their most pressing compliance challenges by developing and accelerating innovative solutions — from process optimization and digitalization to advancing AI capabilities and implementing KPI- and KRI-driven risk management.

I started my professional career at BearingPoint in 2007 and have grown within the firm over the years. During this time, I’ve gained valuable international project experience across different industries and built a strong network — both with clients and within BearingPoint.

For more than ten years, I’ve focused on supporting financial institutions in the area of Compliance Transformation. I’m excited to continue this journey together with my team, as part of our Compliance community, and to help further expand our business.
